End-User License Agreement for ROBOTILL

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the mentioned author (ROBOTILL.COM) of this Software for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media and “online” or electronic documentation (“SOFTWARE PRODUCT”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bounded by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

a) ROBOTILL Free Edition can be installed on any number of computers and is free for personal and commercial use. The Free Edition may not be sold or changed in any way. Distribution of the SOFWARE PRODUCT may only be done by linking to and downloading from the ROBOTILL.COM website.
b) ROBOTILL Full Edition is purchased from ROBOTILL.COM and a license will be issued by ROBOTILL. A ROBOTILL POS license is per POS Point (Till Computer). For each POS Point you purchase you can also register ROBOTILL Manager (Back Office computer) on a different computer. The license is purchased for a specific period (one to two years) and will expire after that period. After the period expired another license can be purchased. Prices are subject to change.
c) ROBOTILL Branch Module requires a separate ROBOTILL Branch Module License.
d) The license (key) is purchased for a specific computer (hardware). The license key will only work for for that specific computer.
e) The license is linked to the hardware of the computer. If the computer motherboard, processor or hard disk drive (HDD) is replaced, it will be seen as a different (new) computer.
f) A license purchased that does not expire (that option is no longer available) was purchased for a specific computer and cannot be moved to a new computer even if that computer is being replaced. This was clearly stated on the purchase page and the invoice at the time these licenses where still available.
g) With a license purchased for a specific period (the only option currently available), a license can be moved to another computer but the following conditions apply:
g.1) Each time you purchase a new license (or renew a license), you can use it for any computer. If you need to move a license to a different computer before the current license has expired, you will need to request a new license key. ROBOTILL will not allow such a request (to move a license to another computer) more than once every two years per computer (counting the current number of licensed computers you have).
g.2) If a computer is being replaced, ROBOTILL must be uninstalled from the original computer. You are not allowed to use ROBOTILL on that specific computer again.
g.3) The computer registration code (linked to the hardware of that specific computer) will be added to a list of 'discarded computers' at ROBOTILL. You will not be able to purchase a license for that specific computer again in the future (as it was marked as being discarded).
h) Support is free but with conditions.

The purpose of the FREE Edition of ROBOTILL is to give the customer more than enough time to see how the product works and to determine if the product is working according to requirements and expectations. Once a license is purchased and a key is issued there is no way for ROBOTILL to stop the computer from using the FULL Edition. For that reason, ROBOTILL does not give refunds.
